Unemployment is a serious problem, we should have a better way to deal with, but not allow its development.

Students seeking work are never counted as unemployed. So anyone taking college classes at night and seeking a full-time day job is not counted as unemployed.

This is a good post.. It's really tough in these economic times to be unemployed… I know that in these times having a unemployment rate of 25% means we need to have plan b and plan c to make it.
